Warranty / Repair Form

INMOTION Controls makes the warranty and repair process as painless as possible. We do not require pre-authorization or an RMA for these services.

• • Fill in the form below with the required and any optional information you can provide
  • The form will generate a printable Packing List
  • Ship the warranty / repair item with the Packing List to INMOTION Controls, 1926 Silver St., Garland, TX 75042

Once we receive the item it will be evaluated and a quotation will be sent to you. If it is repaired or replaced under warranty the quotation will indicate NO CHARGE and returned to you within 3 business days.

For non warranty items we will begin repairs after a Purchase Order or payment terms are arranged, usually within 1 to 2 business days.

Series 322 Systems, Receivers and Transmitters are no longer supported or repairable.  Please contact INMOTION Controls for help with a replacement system.

WITH THE INFORMATION PROVIDED A PACKING SLIP WILL BE GENERATED AND DELIVERED TO YOUR EMAIL INBOX.
PLEASE PRINT THE PACKING SLIP AND INCLUDE IT IN YOUR SHIPMENT.
